Fun bike

Its fun, but the muffler gets real hot, so you need to wear long pants. It goes maybe 20 miles an hour, so not a lot of get up and go with it. I bought it to grab ice in parks to bring back to our RV. I am trying to figure out how to travel with it. It weighs 112lbs, but is heavy and awkward to load in bed of truck. I need a carrier.
Pros: Large wheels, Good brakes

Missing parts and coleman will not respond

We purchased this mini bike at Camping World and I can not say enough great things about their customer service and how they helped us resolve our issue with the mini bike. They were terrific. Coleman, on the other hand, never responded to any of my many emails or telephone messages. Aside from the issue right out of the box, once that was resolved, the mini bike itself is pretty awesome. Assembly was easy and actually pretty fun for my son and I. It starts very easily and runs like a top. It is fast enough for us and has been really fun. Unfortunately, right out of the box, we noticed that the plate on the engine with the arm that can be manually moved back and forth to increase the throttle was just sitting on the threaded bolt. No washers or nut had been installed to hold it in place. So it was just flopping around. I was able to find some washers and a nut that would work temporarily so my son could at least ride the thing, but this was not a long term solution. I went on the Coleman site and left an email describing the issue and asking them to either send us the missing hardware or contact me. I waited several days with absolutely no reply. In the end, I emailed them three times and called everyday for a week leaving messages trying to obtain the missing hardware. To this day, I have never heard from Coleman on this issue. I contacted Camping World to see if they could help. Camping World called me back the next day and said Coleman had not responded to them either. They had me order the throttle assembly that Coleman sold as a spare part and they reimbursed me the full cost with a heartfelt apology for my trouble. In the end, the mini bike now works really well and my son loves it. But I won't be purchasing another Coleman product any time soon. Had I not been able to fix it with the spare parts, my son would have been really disappointed. But Camping World made things right for us in the end.
Pros: Runs well and is easy to start
Cons: Missing parts and terrible coleman customer service

This is a fun little bike. It starts on the first pull, and everyone loves to ride it. From grandparents to little kids. The kids are usually fine as long as they can touch the ground. It has a great deal of torque.
Pros: Easy set up , Runs well and is easy to start
