This is a great generator. I put it on the rear of the RV's pull out the bumper and I can't even hear it inside the RV with AC on. No problem with 15,000 BTU plus lights, on propane setting. I would recommend this to a friend

I purchased mine August 2016 and am very satisfied! I read the specs and reviews for all the top brand inverter generators and choose this one fo the good reviews and I am, so far at least, very happy about my decision. The Honda 3000i is the closest to this one and they say it will not run a 15,000btu air conditioner which is what I have. So when I read this unit would, I was very excited to purchase and try it. It has exceeded my expectations. It is super quiet. I have it in the bed of my truck and you cannot hear it run inside my 5th wheel RV. It runs my 15k air conditioner with no problem, even on propane.
Pros: Quiet, Easy to Use, Exceeded Expectations, Durable
Cons: Heavy, Doesn't have run time meter , Fuel level

We had three different iPhones acting weird before we put it together that they were all being "charged" with the iPhone charger plugged into the RV while the "clean power" inverter Champion generator was powering the RV. So, it is not safe for electronic devices. The most important part of this review is despite, everywhere you look on Camping World and Champion's own website saying this generator is built to run a 15000 btu air conditioner, it shut off our generator every time we tried to turn on the air conditioner. We followed the instructions exactly. We had no load on it, we were running on fresh gasoline, we let it stabilize at full power, and then connected the 30amp plug. After going inside and turning the AC switch slowly to the Low Cool, it turned off and the "Overload" light is illuminated. We even tried it with even no other lights on in the camper. We tried several times. The AC is 1800 running Watts and 3300-3500 Starting Watts. This is within the advertised limits of the generator and it was only 77° outside temperature. So it is not like it was 105° outside or anything. The electronic ignition is nice so even my wife can start it. The pull start is hard to start the unit with on propane. The dual fuel feature is nice. The built in handle is nice.
    Pros: Quiet, Easy to Use
Cons: Unreliable, Made three different iphones turn off and on , The screens were unresponsive and would randomly launch apps
